Our brief was to come up with a restaurant concept that put fish and chips on the high street, at the heart of the menu. This would be entirely new to the casual dining market.
The client already ran a chain of award winning traditional fish and chip shops, the brief though was for us to come up with something new. We did, and it worked, Georges is now one of the fastest growing and successful small restaurant chains on the high street.
